I was so excited today because PLDT MyDSL Internet was finally installed, it was after two weeks from my application that the PLDT phone and internet contractor decided to hear my plea and make me happy by installing my internet connection.
I applied for PLDT MyDSL Internet plan 1299 which is a bundled plan, it includes DSL + landline + watchpad and it promises up to 768 Kbps. I should have applied for XPERIENCE 999 with 1 Mbps of DL speed but the phone will be billed separately which is around 600 Php, so a total of 1,600 a month.

My friend with an PLDT MyDSL Internet -EXCITE 999 plan told me he can reach up to .99Mb/s and can have a dl speed of 100Kbps+ when downloading torrent file, but for me it only reaches up to 40Kpbs, as i observed.
Update: After more than a month of using PLDT MyDSL Internet, my internet browsing experience is still pretty solid and I thank PLDT MyDSL internet for providing such a good service, never experienced any downtime so far as compared to Globe Broadband Internet.

For plan 1299 (768 Kbps) i’m paying php 1,299.00 a month. Until now, i never experienced any connection intermittent. I’m satisfied with pldt’s service.

pldt internet is too slow… 999 plan and can not even watch youtube music videos? speed at .26m only? they have no problem spending the full 999 pesos we pay… why don’t they release the full .999m?? this is unacceptable!
your ping was 500+ so thats why your internet speed is a little bit slow
