Office 2011 for Mac

Office 2011 for Mac has been released by Microsoft.  Office 2011 has almost similar interface to that of Microsoft Office 2007 such as the ribbon menus which you can hide to give you more space to work on.

Power users can now take advantage of macros to automate complex tasks. Manage email via Outlook mail and calendaring program which replaces Entourage.

For those who are planning to upgrade to Office 2011, here are the choices to choose from:

  • Home and Student edition (includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Messenger) @ $120 and $150 for family pack with three licenses.
  • Academic edition (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Messenger) @ $100 and
  • Home and Business edition (includes all the features of the two editions plus outlook) @ $200 and multi-pack at $280 with two available licenses
